iServe Africa

ABOUT iServe Africa

iServe Africa is an indigenous Kenyan Gospel-driven organisation that exists to promote faithful Bible teaching and servant leadership. It does this mainly through an apprenticeship programme for fresh graduates who are placed in churches and Christian community projects across Kenya with the aim of giving them experience and training in gospel ministry. Alongside the flagship apprenticeship programme iServe Africa is also running and developing other programmes and resources to serve and encourage the local church in the areas of faithful Bible teaching and servant leadership.

VISION:

A Continent Transformed through Servant Leadership in every Sphere of Life

MISSION:

We exist to raise a generation of gospel-hearted servant leaders through training, mentoring, and equipping emerging leaders for holistic transformation in Africa and beyond

iServe Africa exists through partnerships – a wonderfully complex web of apprentices, placements, staff team, board, individuals, families and churches. Partnership for us is not just a funding model that we are committed to (though it is that), it is also the way that we live and breath and grow. When it works well, gospel partnership is a really exciting and beautiful thing.
