Called to train evangelists?

Evangelists are the life blood of mission in Africa. They bring hope, light and transformation to many communities. Church Army Africa (CAA), a Faith2Share member agency, have been committed to training evangelists for over sixty years. Today they have trained and deployed evangelists in at least twelve countries in Africa.

Now CAA are looking for a new Principal for their training college. Carlile College, in Nairobi, Kenya, has two thriving schools - the Church Army School of Mission Studies and the Church Army Business School. In addition to these residential schools a Centre for Continuing Education caters for extension students completing academic courses in Chaplaincy, Children and Family Ministries and Christian and Civic Responsibility. The new Principal will join a team committed to Christian values, academic standards and contextual ministry and will be expected to provide strategic leadership, whilst being directly responsible to the Secretary General, Rev. Captain Richard Mayabi.

Interested candidates can find full details on our website. Faith2Share is encouraging prayer for this critical appointment as we seek to see churches across Africa, and beyond, better equipped for sharing faith and transforming communities.
